Isaac- was a beautiful dog who has done very well in the conformation ring. He excelled in Obedience competition and produced some excellent puppies. 

We search for the best studs to bring forward the ideal temperament for the puppies.

 The American Kennel Club awards titles to dogs who have earned a certain number of points at obedience trials and hunt tests or at conformation shows. Both Dexter and Summer have many titled dogs in their pedigrees.

• FTCH and AFTCH - Field Trial Champion  
• UH - Upland Hunter 
• HR - Hunting Retriever 
• WC and WCX are working certificates for Golden Retrievers

• UD & UDX- Utility Dog & Excellent 
• OTCH- Obedience Trial Champion

Conformation means that the dog looks just right for a Golden or "meets the breed standard". A "CH" in front of the dog's name on the pedigree means they have been judged to be a Conformation Champion.
